DTU-DCE FRATERNITY FORUM

Shri Tarun Gupta did B.E. in Electrical Engineering from DCE He is running a business in distribution and support of electronic security systems and is based out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The most interesting part of his life and story is that he is a professional singer and specializes in the songs of the legendary Kishore Kumar. Although he never underwent any formal training in singing, he is a versatile singer and can sing almost the entire spectrum of his songs. He does live shows with orchestras across the country and has done 300+ shows so far. For the past 3 months, he has been performing live every week on Facebook. He has followers spread across the world.

Karteek Kumar, is a final year student of DTU, pursuing a major in Chemical Engineering with a minor in data analytics. He has received the prestigious Chief Minister’s award for his contributions in shaping students’ lives through the Desh Ke Mentor project. He also holds the esteemed position of President at the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers – DTU Chapter. He is an accomplished flute player in Madhurima, the college music team. Having received tutelage from teachers of the Banaras and Maihar Gharanas, Karteek has developed a strong affinity for wind instruments and Indian classical music. Apart from his academic pursuits and musical talents, he also enjoys engaging in activities such as basketball, solving case studies and puzzles, and actively participating in social activities.
