Chairman – Shri Ajay Jain

Ajay JainMr. Jain graduated from Delhi College of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in the year 1981. He is also an alumnus of IIM, Calcutta and Modern School, Delhi. He has over 36 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and as a Business Head in the corporate world.

He started his professional career post IIM, Calcutta in 1983 by setting up a trading and contracting company in Kuwait. He successfully implemented projects in Iraq and Kuwait before returning to India as a consequence of the gulf war. In 1998, he joined the SRF group followed by a stint in the Raymond group where he was the head of JK Helene Curtis, Raymond fedora and the projects team which conceptualized the business plan for foray into Technical Textiles.

Mr. Jain has a track record of building businesses through out of box strategic planning and execution skills. Since 2011, he is Promoter and Managing Director of Enzotech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company in the water and waste water recycling business. Enzotech won the CII award for Water Conservation, has 2 patents for products developed and is being recognized as a leading company in this business space.

He is a frequent speaker at CII – IGBC events on Water Conservation and Waste Water treatment. He is also a faculty on water conservation in Care group of Hospitals. As a visiting Professor at several institutes, he has conducted workshops and lectured in leading Management Institutes of India and in other prestigious forums. He is the past President of the Delhi and Mumbai chapters of the IIMCAA and currently VP of the Chennai chapter.

He enjoys reading, music and is widely travelled. He lives in Chennai.

Joint Secretary – Shri Amit Mishra

Shri Amit MishraShri Amit Mishra graduated from DCE in 2008 in Mechanical Engineering. He is a skilful professional with a proven career of more than a decade in Skill Development Ecosystem. He is currently associated with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as Assistant Director, Skill Development. He has been associated with Skill India Mission for the last 5 years and during this duration, he has been closely working with various Central and State Government departments and Multinational Agencies and supporting them in establishing the required industry connect for creation of employment for skilled youth of India. He has more than a decade’s experience in Quality Systems blended with vocational training and skill development and has successfully designed training curriculum for engineering students for improving their employability. In his previous assignments also, he has successfully integrated various skill development schemes with on-the-job training, apprenticeships etc. for outcome-based skill learning.

Joint Secretary – Shri Rohanaditya Singh Thakur

Shri Rohanaditya Singh ThakurShri Rohanaditya Singh Thakur is currently pursuing a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering at Delhi Technological University, and belongs to 2020 admission batch. Recently, he has been placed with Evalueserve as a Consulting Analyst through campus interviews.

As an active member of the DTU community, Rohanaditya’s leadership as Convenor of the Sports council of DTU, demonstrates his adept organizational skills and commitment to fostering holistic growth. His enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and sustainability is evidenced by his research-work and internship experience, notably as an Investment Analyst Intern at GravityX Capital. With his knack for finance and deep understanding of data science, he has previously interned with Ameriprise Financial.

Rohanaditya’s proficiency and versatility are showcased through his role as a part of the DTU Consulting group, the HPAIR conference and numerous other college societies. His achievements are underscored by his academic performance and positions of responsibility.

With a deep interest in developing skills and entrepreneurial initiatives, he is sure to contribute towards the forums objectives in this field.
