Shri Praveen Bhargava is a Civil Engineering graduate of 1979 batch of Delhi College of Engineering. He also did his M.Sc. in Civil Engineering in 1981 from DCE. He served in U.P. Irrigation from 1982 to 1983 as Assistant Engineer and then joined Delhi Jal Board (erstwhile DWS&SDU) in the year 1983 as Assistant Engineer. He is presently Chief Engineer in Delhi Jal Board. He has attended various conferences and represented the department in various countries. He has vast experience in planning, designing and successful implementation of the major schemes/ project for improvement in water supply sector in Delhi. He is a life member of Indian Water Works Association and presently Hony. Secretary of Delhi Centre.

Mr. R. N. Jindal has, done his graduation in Civil engineering in 1981 and post graduation in Environmental engineering in 1986 followed by LL.B. from University of Delhi in 1989. He had been a leading student activist during college days. Mr. Jindal has been trained in India as well abroad (Germany, U.K and Ukraine).
He has worked with the Central Water Commission, Department of Environment (Government of Delhi), Delhi College of Engineering and Central Pollution Control Board apart from working in Iraq. Mr. Jindal had been a visiting faculty/examiner to School of Planning & Architecture, WWF (India), Delhi College of Engineering, Northern India Engineering College, Delhi Technological University and CBP Government Engineering College, Zafarpur. At present, he is working on lakes and wetlands and handling the National Plan for Conservation of Aquatic Ecosystems (NPCA) scheme as a Director since February, 2016.

Dr. N.K.Sharma is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering. He also did M.E. in Production Engineering from DCE. Later, he did M.B.A from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. Recently, he has completed doctorate in Supply Chain Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers; Fellow of Indian Institute of Materials Management and Life Member of All India Management Association. Dr. Sharma is also a Jyotish Acharya and Vaastu Shastri. Dr. Sharma belongs to 1986 batch of IRSS. He was on deputation to Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India as Director (Vigilance & Impex) from 2007 to 2011. He is currently Chief Materials Manager, Indian Railways at the level of Joint Secretary.

Shri Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj is a rank holder and belongs to the 1985 batch, Civil Engineering. He is an athlete and specializes in long jump, and is a regular lawn tennis player. He is presently posted as Superintending Engineer, Delhi Jal Board.

Shri Rakesh Kohli is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering. He had secured second position in his batch. He is a Gold Medalist from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, 2004 batch. After working with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for about 19.5 years, he is working with Reliance Industries Limited for the last 12 years. He is presently Vice President – Corporate Affairs of the company, heading the Regulatory Affairs Cell in Delhi

Rakesh Bhatia graduated from Delhi College of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in 1977 with merit. He started his professional career with ISGEC, sweetening people’s lives, followed by an MBA from FMS, (DU) in 1989 (Part Time), again with Merit. At the turn of the millennium, he moved to Training and Development of engineers for employment worthiness, starting as ED of an EPO start up (by a DCE Alumnus) and later took to his passion for placement of engineering students in 2011 for GBPEC’s flagship batch. There has been no looking back since then and he has expanded his interests to philanthropic activities in guiding underprivileged students in 8th to 12th standards, for achieving peak performance without stress and realising their potential and dreams.

Shri Chawla graduated in 1979 in Civil Engineering from Delhi college of Engineering . He is presently working as AGM in NTPC Ltd.
He has over 24 years site experience of Planning and Construction of Power Plants ,Roads, Township ,Renovation and Modernisation of Plants etc . He has attended several training programmes in Engineering ,Management etc. at IIT –Delhi, NITIE-Mumbai and other prestigious institutes in India for various courses

Shri Javed Afaque is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering. He also completed a PG Programme in SQC & OR from Indian Statistical Institute, Madras in 1986. He is a Life Member of Indian Institute of welding and ISNT. He is also registered as a Lead Auditor with IRCA, UK. He worked with prestigious organisations in the power sector like BHEL, ALSTOM, SIEMENS and Reliance Infrastructure Limited {Power EPC Division} for 25 years. Since 2010 he is running his own firm: Équipe Qualité Consultants, which provides QA/QC and welding consulting services to Organisations in the Power/ Infrastructure Sectors as well as Manufacturing Units.

Shri Surya Prakash is a Civil Engineering graduate of Delhi College of Engineering. He did his B.Sc.(Hons) in 1981. He also did his M.Tech (Building Science & ConstructuionManagement) from IIT Delhi in 1987. Shri Prakash joined Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) in 1988 and is presently working as Executive Director (Property Development) in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.

Shri Ajay Kumar Rana is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Delhi college of Engineering. He later did MBA (PT) from FMS, University of Delhi in 2005 and MA in Public Policy from Punjab University. Shri Rana belongs to 1987 batch of Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME).

Shri Parmar is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Delhi College of Engineering. He has worked as a Project Manager for Process Engineering Projects of Private as well as Public Sector Organizations. After completing his Post Graduation MBA (Finance) , M Sc. (IT) , MCA , he had been running training institute for Information Security and Information Security Management Services. Successfully completed Information Security 1 & 2 Course certification issued by CCE IIT Madras.
